How do you use OCT for hair?

for scalp...how do you apply it on your scalp how often per week before washing? Does it help to make your hair grow faster? Should I add something more according with OCT???

I would get a spray bottle and put OCT and aloe vera in it. Shake it up and spray my roots after washing and massage in. Sleep with it in overnight. I try to use it daily.
