I searched for this but it didn't specify how people used it on their hair. Please share your experiences with me!! :)

I add it to my Suave Milk and Honey conditioner, to create a DC treatment at home. I add coconut oil, EVOO, honey, castor oil, and Amla oil. My hair loves this!!!

I use it as part of my homemade "grease". I don't put it on my scalp, but I use it to seal, for shine, and I also add a couple tablespoons to my henna. My mix is equal parts coconut oil, EVOO, castor oil, and shea butter. I have a container marked off in ounces, so I use one ounce of each.

I  coconut oil!

I mostly use it for sealing in moisture and also for shine when I slick my hair back. It's the best thing for that bling bling shine!

Coconut oil is great for sealing moisture, to help detangling, and talk about shine :D !!!
Definitely one of my staples.

Me too. I put it on wet hair, and it softens my hair in addition to giving it a nice shine. :)

I use it for shine and to seal in moisture, but I never tried it on wet hair. Something I should be trying.

yep! what she said:)

my daughter uses it to slick and tame them edges down..she applys it on semi wet hair and ties down with a scarf and the next morning it looks as if she had a retouch..we have the solid coconut oil that u get from the grocery store. It melts in your hands.. I love it for edges(when post relaxer). This helps in taming edges when stretching out relaxers. hth;)

I use it as a light oil to seal in moisture and provide shine. I only use it on very damp hair so it can be absorbed.

I use it on wash days as a prepoo treatment. I used a brand from dabur it needs to be melted first then I just poor it on my hair and scalp and sit under a dryer for 5 or 10 minutes. I then wash away and I don't worry about the poo being too drying for my hair because of the coconut oil treatment. My hair is braided because of my weave so I really have to seabreeze and clarify to prevent buildup the coconut oil helps me seal in moisture.:)

:) HTH

I also it to seal along with Olive Oil.
I also use it libeally on my hair for shine and it gives it a lovely softness
after I bathe or shower I spread it all over my body, makes my skin extremely moisturized, soft and supple and I love the smell. I also use it on my 7 year olds skin each day, he loves it too.

I also take 2 teaspoons of it neat per day as I suffer with constipation and it works like nothing else.

Can you tell I love the stuff!
