How do you use aloe vera gel?

I wanted to get some, but I really dont know how to use it.. so if anyone could please share some ideas or tips.

Also where can I buy Aloevera Juice I'm going to do like Traycee and mix it with Rosewater

lots of people use it to smooth edges (in conjunction with a scarf) or on curls to hold em. (i dont like it like that though...or at least i have not tried it enough).

i got my AV juice from the vitamin shoppe for like 3 bucks and trader joe's has a GALLON for 7 something i think. i just wasnt about to spring for that when i had never tried it. now that rosewater is what i need in my life...i think i saw some of that at the vitamin shoppe also??

I put aloe vera on my scalp, to relieve itching and clease the scalp. Its keep the scalp problem free, from what I read. It also help my NG come in soft. I tried using it on my hair and it made it hard. Its good to have. I ordered mine from puritanpride website. They had a buy 1 get two free.

I use it as a natural gel for slicking down edges, I use it in my spritz concoction and I also use it in my shealoe (Shea butter and Aloe Vera moisturizer) recipe.

i use my aloe gel just like i would any other gel

you can find aloe juice at practically any pharmacy or vitamin store including walmart, sam's club, walgreens, etc.

Hey Ladies....

I use the aloe vera gel for slicking my edges and for my sets ( rollersets, flexi-rod)

I buy my Aloe Vera Juice from Trader Joes 1 gallon for $7.49

I use it for the home made moisturiser and as a gel for edges .

I use Lily of the Desert(food grade) from whole foods

1. mix with oil (jojoba, coconut, neem) and put on my scalp for dryness right after a touchup, near touchup time or anytime I have scalp issues(very soothing and healing)

2. I have used in with prepoos and dcs- wasn't the most moisturizing. It tends to act like protein on my relaxed strands, but it was a good moisturizer and gel when I was natural

I use it to slick down my edged and keep the fly-a-way hair in place. I use Fruit of the Earth (from Walmart). You can also make a hair gel 4oz. aloe vera gel, 1 oz. jojoba oil, and 1 oz. glycerin
