How do you take MSM Powder?....

Do you mix it in water or some other liquid or take it straight?

I mix it in water until its dissolved(happens quickly) and then I drink it down. Sometimes, I'll mix it into my protein shake.

I mix it with water but sometimes I put it in my mouth like a goody powder and drink water behind it!

What brand of MSM powder are you all taking & where did you buy it? How much did it cost?

I take Trimedica Brand powder. I buy it at the Vitamin Shoppe. You can get 4 oz for about 10 bucks. This lasts me about a month.

I dissolve mine in water, add 1,000 mg of vit c and chug it down. I take the Dotcor's best brand @ 4,000 mg. The vit c that I take has 1,000 mg of MSM in it, so I get a total of 5,000 mg MSM.

I take mine in grapefruit or orange juice and sometimes water. Mine is the vit. shoppe brand 1000 msg. costed me $33 for 1 pound.

I take mine in capsules because the taste just got to be so horrid I would avoid it otherwise. I also put several teaspoons into my leave in condtioner!

wow that is alot, I am looking for some MSM, if anyone can tell me a good brand, I plan to buy from the vit.shoppe how bad does it taste, and what kind of results is everyone getting ? and how long have u been taking it? how much should u start with ty

TriMedica Pure MSM Powder is a good brand. I believe vita shoppe has it. It tastes like aspirin (very bitter). But the more you dillute it, the less detectable the taste is. In juice it is even less noticeable. I have been taking mine since September. My new growth is less kinky. My nails are extremely hard and grow in faster, and my skin is softer/complexion clearer and more even in color. www.puremsm.com has a lot of good information on MSM including dosage recommendations. Average dosage is about 5000 mgs per day (that's a little more than one teaspoon).
