How do you style really soft hair

I have thick hair, but its really soft. I'm having all these problems with my hair being straight right now.
I can't hold a curl in my hair......
I can't wear it all out b/c it gets fluffy.....
I put it up in a clip and hair flys everywhere....
I don't want to wear it curly.......


Divine so sad, and needs some help. What can I use to hold my hair done, but not dry it out.
any style tips too....

It layered collar bone length, but I might try the bun attachment and some pretty hair clips.
