How do you make you hair curly?

I like to do pin curls. They come out so nice. Sometimes, I'll even twist the hair and then pin curl to give it more volume. I like big hair! I also use my caruso steam rollers.

Bantu knot-outs were the first curly hair style I accomplished. it works rather well

but you wouldn't necessarily have to do them as tight as these!

If I am going for the natural look (Im relaxed), I’ll do a twist out. I will wash and condition, and then apply leave in and Just for me moisturizing medium hold gel. I will undo the twist when my hair is 90 percent dry. Here is a pic of the outcome.
