i do it on damp hair, because that help the oil spread. then go under a heating cap.

i think there was a thread on this if you want more replies...

i boil some water and stick my bottle of EVOO to warm it up. then i put the oil on my wet/damp hair in sections (concentrating on the ends mostly), and finally i pour the rest on my scalp.

it.

feels.

soooooooooooooo.

good!

i braid my hair up until it dries... then i "wash" my hair with an ayurvedic tea. this gets rid of all the excess oil, but leaves a light coating on my hair that makes it feel super-soft. :yep:

I do it just like a dc...After cowashing with a cheapie conditioner, I apply the hot oil and sit under the dryer for 30 minutes. Then continue with my normal routine.

I apply coconut oil all over my hair and put on my heating cap for 30 minutes. I rinse and proceed to wash and deep condition my hair.
