I use Dr.Woods soap (similar to Dr. bronners, etc). it can be used as a body wash, baby clothes wash and gentle shampoo. Then i put it in my washing machine on 'hand wash'. if you do not have this cycle, its probably best to physically hand wash it while ur in the shower.

I just put mine in the washing machine with my other clothes.

Sometimes if I need it cleaned immediately .. I use some old Suave shampoo we keep in my bathroom ..

I like to clean old toothbrushes with that harsh taill head and shoulders. I would use it on my scarves too.

The dye on my bonnet bleeds on my pillowcases :wallbash:

woolite ( or Walmart version of Woolite) and let it air dry over shower

I wash mine with my bed linen and airdry.

P.S. I don't use my silk scarves when I put sulfer on or oil-up my scalp, that's when I use the cheapie satin bonnet. I do this so I don't have to wash the silk scarves weekly and wear them out.

I just throw mine in the washer

I wash by hand when I'm in the shower using shampoo.

I hand wash it in the sink using Dr. Bronner's soap (lavender or peppermint) and let it airdry.

I throw mine in the washer. Afterwards I take them out and let them airdry.
