How do the Ulta certificates work?

Q. I received a Gift Card in the mail and the paperwork states the card must be activated. How do I activate my ULTA Gift Card?

A. Your card must be activated on the ULTA.com website. You will need the Virtual Gift Card Number and PIN number from the email we sent to you to complete this process.

Thanks Allandra. It's not really a gift card though. And as far as all of my shopping...girl they haven't given me any of my credit since I opened my Ulta Club Card over a year ago. I had to fill out an account inquiry form (that was more than 4 months ago too!) so they're just now sending me my certificates and credit for the money I've spent with them in the last year.

Well, maybe you can try giving them a call (number at the web site). When I did a search there for certificates, the only thing that came up was gift card information. I'm sure their customer reps will be able to assist you.
