I have no idea about that, but I was wondering the same thing about the Aphogee two-step. That stuff stinks so bad, having it run has actually prevented me from using it.
My latest idea was to buy some puffy cotton from the BSS. I saw it at my local BSS where they keep those paper strips for wrapping the neck at the salon. I think that cotton is fluffy enough if you put it around the head under the elastic of the cap, it should keep the run-off off your other body parts.
That's my theory, but I haven't gotten a chance to try it yet.
I would recommend the cotton strip for the color but not for the aphogee...
I normally use a spray bottle with the aphogee and so I can really control the amount coming out and not get any run off...pile my hair on top of my head...
For Aphogee, use a blow dryer on it to make it harden past drip stage. I don't know what Adore is, but if you can put a cap on it (unlike Aphogee), try using cling wrap on top of your plastic cap. I do this w/ henna/indigo treatments where drippage is terrible. It helps tons.
For the color I used to mix mine with my deep conditioner. That makes it thicker so it won't be so runny and also it helps your hair to be soft instead of crunchy like my hair is usually after a rinse. Also, make sure that you use a lot of the color in the mix and (probably doesn't need to be said but...) use a shower cap
