How do i get this hair color?

I want it to look natural but glow blue in the light. So that when I'm indoors my hair will look black. I don't want it to look blue, my CO will slap me into the next dimension. I just like that glow and I'm trying to avoid dye with hydrogen peroxide. I've been looking at manic panic but I'm scared til be too blue. I love punk hair colors but this is the closest I can get,

Btw my natural hair is brownish red

Ummm... in a box? lol... It looks to be blue-black.

Try a blue-black rinse. Jazzing makes good rinses.
