Click edit and go to advanced editing.

Once you hit advanced editing, you can change the title directly in the title field.

I did that but it didn't change the title outside of the thread. Like if were to click on the "Hair Care Tips & Product Review Discussion", it wouldn't show up. Just my original title. IDK. *shrugs*
