I have been growing my hair with weaves for the past four years. I stopped going to the salon about three years ago, after my friend introduced me to this nice woman that does hair from her home. She is wonderful. She doesn't charge too much, doesn't braid too tight, and she's just an overall friendly and respectful person. She cares about the health of my hair and often gives me healthy hair tips. She's always excited when I come back to her and she sees the health and length of my hair has flourished. She's a saint. I know.
Sooooo....What could possibly be the problem? Well. I am a tad bit frightened by germs...When I see her using a comb on the head of someone else, it makes me cringe knowing she is going to put that same comb in my hair! So my question is, would I be rude to bring my own set of combs, thread, and sewing needles from now on? How exactly do I go about doing this?
