looks like a pretty easy style. I would smoothe it back into a pontail. put the pony in rollors. take it down and then take bobby pins and pin it all over making sure it is secure but loose. looks like she has a lot of hair.
For someone who doesnt have as much hair you could also make a pony with tracks(already curly if you please) and pin it up.
