How can you tell if your ends are damaged?

I'm not natural, but you mentioned you "oil" your ends...make sure you moisturize first then seal your ends with oil. Do you use heat often?

I've used heat once a week, but I put heat protectant on. And how do you moisturize your ends if oil doesn't do it?

Most times a water based moisturizer is used to replenish moisture levels. Then an oil is used to seal that moisture in. Hope this helps.
