This question has been asked an answered many times on this forum, you can search it out but I'll help anyway,,, if your ends are overly thin they may be damaged,, look at them carefully and individually under good lighting and look for splits or other breaks.. Another big one is anything whitish or lacking in color,, thats damage,, if your ends or more or less even not split and all one color theyre not damaged. And what can you do about damaged ends,, NOTHING but cut them off, you can try things to make them appear less damaged but itll only get worse , its best to trim off the severe damage if you have it.........
