How long is the hair that you're wearing and is is straight or curly hair? With a straight weave, I put it in a really high pony and just flat iron out the ends..

The hair is like 14-16 inches. I may go 18 inches in the future.

straight hair.

How?? wouldnt the band from the pony tail make bends in the hair

Wrap it or put it in a bun. If you don't mind sleeping with rollers you can use flexi rods.

14-16"?? Umm how tall are you? I'm 5'6 and that lengths of tracks fall right around my shoulder. That's not too long of a length.

Try cross wrapping. It works wonders and the clips come out once the scarf is on so you end up with crease free hair.

I wear 24-26 inches, I keep it cross wrapped for straight looks, I'll tie it up in a single Bantu knot for a wavy style,

cross wrap with clips. i cross wrap. insert the clips. then tie my hair loosely with the scarf and remove the clips before i secure the scarf.

When I wore long sew-ins, I'd wrap the hair into a bun at the base of my neck (no need for an elastic band), and just tuck the end under itself, sort of like a bantu knot.

The result- no bends, and a soft wavy curl without heat.
