I would set my hair with BB moisturizing foam, coconut oil (for shine) and water, roller set with medium rollers, and dry under a a hair dryer. The curls look stiff so perhaps if you airdried and mix a bit of setting lotion with the foam before rolling, the curls would come out stiff but still straight with minimal frizz.

Pls. take pics if you try this style! I think it would look nice on all types of hair length as the curls seem somewhat tight.
