How are you using your aloe vera gel???

Hi,

I use it to smooth my new growth into nice waves. I was using long aid activator gel but that caused noticeable shedding. I use the FOTE brand (Fruit of the Earth) alone before putting on a silk scarf. It works wonders when used in conjunction with a soft toothbrush.

i mix it with my Fantasia gel.

I rub the FOTE gel on my edges to smooth it or make waves when I have it in a ponytail, and I also rub it on my face as well to remove scars and pre-pimples...works wonders!!

i have aloe vera juice and mix it with rosewater and glycerin to spray on my hair daily

DO you know if it will soften the ng or is it more like a typical gel?? I may try this on my face as well!!

I use it mixed with shea butter for my hair. I use it alone OR mixed with sheabutter for my face. I'm talking about 100% aloe vera gel not FOTE avg.

I put some on my new growth last night and then wrapped my hair my hair seems more managable!!

i bought the gel and i dont like how it made my hair hard and dry.

I mix my 100% Aloe Vera Gel with shea butter for twist outs and braid outs. Also, sometimes I'll add it to my regular gel for moisture.

ill stick to using the liquid instead of the gel. cos the gel did dry out my hair
