Does anyone use hot rollers with good results?

I use them sometimes. I have the ionic hot rollers from Conair.

They key to making them work: keep the rollers in your hair long after they've cooled. For me, that's about 30 or 45 minutes. Take the rollers out and finger comb or just seperate the curls with your fingers.

• Two minutes to heat
• Promotes shiny, conditioned and healthy hair
• Includes 12 soft velvety rollers with styling clips, heated base and on/off switch

Thanks ladies where did you buy these?

I bought mine from Target, they were under $30 dollars. My set came with different sized rollers, but they have one that has all large rollers, also.

Are hot rollers effective for naturals?

and how does it come out? anybody have any pics?

I love my hot rollers too. They work well for daily maintenance. I plug it in when I wake up, takes about 10 minutes to roll my hair and when I get to work I take them out in the car and just shake and go and voila! big bouncy shiny curls. I don't have to comb my hair at all until my next wash when I use them.

Question: is there anywhere that sells just the rollers? Mine came with 3 sizes but the smallest ones are the ones that work the best on my hair. The curls come out too big and fall quicker if I use the larger ones. They'd work well if I wanted to wear a wrap style but not if I want it curly.

Please don't laugh girls, but can these be used on wet hair? And how damaging are they?

They won't DRY your hair so I don't think they would work on wet hair

Do you still have the paperwork that came with the rollers? they had a brochure in there that had where to buy extra or replacement parts.

Sally's has them.

So hot roller sets are safe for relaxed hair? I could use 2-3 days out the week and my ends won't die?
