I don't even know if that is the right term, but what are those rollers called that you heat up or something and you use to curl your hair? Could someone give me more info or post a link? How do they work? Are they safe to use on a regular basis?

I love my set. I have this Conair Instant Heat Setter

I don't use it very often, but when I do I love the results. I just plug them in, they take about a minute to fully heat up. Then I just roll up my hair - I use these butterfly clips I got at Sallys because they seem to hold the rollers a little better. And then I go about the rest of morning regime - makeup, getting dressed etc. By that time the rollers have fully cooled and I take them down. I get nice soft bouncy curls.
