Hot Air Brush? Has Anyone Used This?

I was browsing blackhairspray.com and saw a link to "Hot Air Brushes" and got curious, so I clicked on it. Has anyone ever used this? I'm trying to figure out how it works. It seems like it would get hair really tangled.

I used to use these. My goodness. Maybe it was the over misuse of it, but I remember having mid shaft splits x5 on some strands. This was a few years ago, and my hair stilll wasn't as straight as when I flat iron. I would not touch one of those things again.

Got one. Caruso, I think, a few years ago. Used it once and saw a lot of hair in the brush. Haven't tried it since.
