Horses, Female Problems, and Food..OH MY!!

Ha Ha!! Never in my life did I think I would be putting stuff for horses, yeast infections, and food on my hair! ANd all at the same time!! Only a true LHCF faithful member could even wrap their mind around this. It works though...that's the funny part!

Yeah, I found a tube of unopened MN the other day. I tried to hide it so hubby wouldn't get suspicious about the wrong thing!! haha

I tried to explain the "baggie" method to my sister, and she just looked at me like I'm crazy!

I even cringed the first time I smelled MTG, but still tried it.

The prove will be in our healthier, longer hair some day... keep the faith!

You guys should see me hiding while mixing my deep conditioner consisting of Mayo, eggs, evoo and honey. I get the most snickers at home from hubby and the kids...

....and Lawd ham'mercy I've been reading the MN threads and checking out Honeydew's results and thinking...Hmmmm..where'd I put that tube...?

People ask, "Wow, how'd it get so lush and full, etc.." I say prayer and MEAN it... Because I KNOW they will not understand....

My boyfriend gives me a hard time when he see's me mixing honey with my conditioner and warming it slightly. I have a pot of water boiling on the stove and im grabbing stuff out of cabinets. He walks over with a hungry look sayin "mmm, whatcha cookin",then he walks off mumbling when he realizes its for my Cond/honey concoction! If he only knew that i had a product for horses under my cabinet!

Yeah One Praying. I have definitely prayed over my hair and asked God to bless it. But, the word says "Faith without works is dead". I just leave out the "works" part when I tell people what I do. I "work" with that MTG, I "work" with that MN, and I work with the honey in the conditioners and whatever other food product they mention on LHCF!! hahahaha....

hahaha. ATLien11, I couldn't tell my hubby that I have something for horses under the cabinet because we have a horse and he'd be trying to sneak and use it!!! shhh...don't let my secret out!

Hey naptrl... What is your exact hair regimen? You have some fast growing hair!

Pooh, I'm still trying to figure out my regimin. I wore braids a lot the first year and kept my hair moisturized with s-curl. Now I'm starting to wear twist-outs and other natural styles. My regimin for now is wash 1-2 times per week with Creme of Nature shampoo. Condition with NTM mask. Cold water rinse. Then I use mango butter and WGO to moisturize. Then twist and untwist when my hair is dry. I use MTG on my scalp and yesterday I started trying MN.
