I've been off birth control for two years and for TWO years ive experienced constant shedding in one section of my hair. I've tried vitamin supplements, changed my diet, ive been extra gentle with that area and yet the hair still sheds soo much more than any other section of hair...

I've stopped wearing ponytails which has helped with my hair overall, so i know its not a stress point. I'm baffled as to what can be causing this aside from changes in hormones. I've also been in a battle with acne since i stopped using the pills. My major reason for stopping the BC pills was the intense migraines they caused and the mood swings.

I'm thinking of getting some thyroid tests done as well especially since the shedding is limited to this one area and seems to have no other cause.
