This topic has been discussed endlessly I know but.....

Lady Dazey is discontinued

What the second best in the $30.00-40.00 price range?

P.S I have a big head and I need lots of hood space

Someone on ebay is always selling a Dazey. That's where I got mine. They were a lot cheaper than $30, too.

Conair has a fairly large hood. But the air blows out funny. You have to keep adjusting the vents and moving the dryer (or your head) around so that each side gets some air.

I see them at Kmart and Walmart all the time. They cost around $30. It's nice and light, too. The Dazey weighs a ton compared to this one.

I use the Gold n' Hot hooded dryer and got it on sale for $29.99. I dont know what the original price was (it might have been around $39 originally).

I just bought the Conair one that Sassygirl mentioned because my Dazey hasn't been the same since it fell off the table anyway. Anyway, the Conair is not a soft bonnet. It's 1875 watts and it seems to be pretty good.

I say shop on ebay for a hooded dryer. I brought my gold n hot 1875 hood dryer for like 32, including shipping

BUMP!

I want one that is large, but the air distributes evenly and hot and it doesn't cost over 40 bucks. Is this too much to ask for?

How long has Lady Dazey been discontinued??
I currently have a soft bonnet Lady Dazey dryer, that I've had for about 2 years and it does not seem to be doing the greatest job of drying my hair.....for some reason a part of the front of the dryer does not get very warm. I guess when i decide to go shopping for a new one....I'll be looking into a different brand.
