I'm transitioning (I think) and today I made my first attempt at a wearing my hair out (I'm 35 wks post)...What do you all think? This is my sad attempt at a braidout set on blue perm rods (my faux fro)..

the front looks good from what i can see but i can't really see the back that well.

do you closer pics in your fotki?

MzShay I still really can't see the little pics in your fotki. I can make it out a smidge though and to me it does look a little fuzzy, BUT, with natchal hair you will run the gamut of different variables. As you become more familiar with natchal hair it will become 2nd nature to you. You have taken a very important step in your progress and for that you should be proud. Keep it up

PS - Even though it may have come out a smidge fuzzy I am sure it still looked pretty. Sometimes big hair gets a little out of control, believe me, I know.

Thanks Bre---It was most definitely frizzy toward the end of the day, but it didn't start out looking like a braidout anyway lol...I can't braid to save my life.
