Which hair dryer (not blow dryer) and which rollers would you recommend? Are magnetic rollers better? I don't want to use the steam ones.

Are hooded/bonnet dryers better than the ones at salons?

I'm currently looking at these ones:

I'm still out on what rollers to get. Does it make a difference?

I have a Dazy Natural Wonder hooded dryer. I've had it for more than 13 years, and it STILL works like new. I also have a Lady Dazy soft bonnet dryer. I've had this one for a long time too. As far as rollers, I like and use magnetic rollers. Magnetic rollers always give me nice roller sets.

I use an old vintage GE portable bonnet dryer. It works great! I got mine off of e-bay.

Boadicia,
Saturday night I ordered this one (Hot Tools® 1875W Ion Salon Hair Dryer), i like the fact that it's ionic.... I bought mine at metrobeauty.com and it's $39.99 there. Allanda or anyone, what are magnetic rollers

NYCITY, I think I'll buy that one from the same place you did. Thanks, everyone! Now all I need are rollers. This will make the bun challenge easier for me since I won't have to manipulate my hair every other day.

I use a variety of magnetic rollers with metal clips and I got a 1875 watt Gold'n Hooded Bonnet Dryer off ebay
