I've tried the mega strength ones for healthy hair skin and nails. They are really good but are mostly formed from Vit B. I did however notice a huge improvement.
They send me direct mail, i've had the mega strength for hair ones, but I couldn't stand taking them three times a day, i've have Kelp, evening primrose, starflower oil, vitamin E oil, regular hair and nail vits, multi vitamins.
Problem is, i'm really bad at taking them, I've still got them all in my kitchen, and none are even half way through yet!
I only ever brought the hair vits from them my mum usually buys other stuff from them but i find that unless their on sale their prices are a bit steep
Im also lazy about taking them but im gonna do the hair 1's every day im playing aorund anymore when it comes to hair.
I saw a episode of watchdog and they were talking about vitamins and they said that many store brands multivitamins have the same amount of vitamis as ones that you find in health food shops or holland and barret so i brought myself from asda and the amount are about the same as my mums ones from H&B and they only cost me 44p!?
