Any suggestions on a really good hold spray (that isn't sticky)

That's a toughie. All the ones I've tried leave my hair a bit on the sticky side. I only like spritz, but use it sparingly.

How about one with no bad alcohol?

Those are hard to find, although I think Pantene makes one without it, but don't quote me on it. I've used their's before, but I didn't like how it made my hair feel. Too sticky.

yeah the pantene sheer strength with elastesse is not too bad.
