When I flat iron my hair and bump the ends, it looks good, but sometimes I find that my hair begins to droop, especially if the iron was on a lower heat setting. Then my hair loses its style. Does anyone use holding sprays or spritzes on their hair? Which one do you use?

When I was relaxed I used it sparingly, just about 2 sprays around my entire head. I used Flexible holding spray by Herbal Essences . I didnt make my hair hard, and i guess since i only used a small amount i didnt experience dryness from the alcohol.

B&B's Pump it Up is really good.

I like Aveda's Witch Hazel hairspray. You can buy the little 2 oz bottle.

I use a pantene holding spray after I get a doobie. I find as my hair gets longer it needs holding sprays more than sheen sprays.

I think it has SD Alcohol which is a drying alcohol but I spray it sparingly and I haven't seen any ill effects yet. When it runs out I will replace it with Sebastians Shaper hair spray.
