Mousse is one product I don't hear talked about very much here, but I just started using it on my TWA for the past few weeks and I'm surprised at how it helps define my curls a bit and keep the frizzies at bay all day! I just put a little on after my moisturizer and my hair is soft and well defined all day!

I just happened to find it under my sink not too long ago, I purchased it to keep the frizz down when I had braids.

Just a little discovery I thought I'd share. Can you tell I'm really enjoying getting to know my natural hair?

TWA??????????

Dude I been gone SO long...

I also love mousse jen. It's GREAT for curkl retention! Just make sure you moisturize before you apply it and seal witha little oil - it swells the hair shaft which raises the cuticle and that can lead to drying. I have no problems when I use it in the manner I just described.... :)

How's the baking going?

Hope your well... :)

I love mousse too. I've stopped putting it in my hair ever since I decided to transition. I will be using again...soon!

I've never liked using hair gel!!!

What the best types of mousse to use? I used to use THE PROFESSIONAL FRIZZ SOLUTION styling mousse. A line for frizzy and curly hair.

I like mousse also, Herbal Essence has a really good one for curls and control. Smells really good, no alcohol.

I like mousse---my hair likes mousse...I used to use AVEDA phomollient as a wrapping- setting lotion for my wrapp styles..however I found one that was cheaper and better. The mousse that I keep in stock at all times--no matter what is ---ELASTA QP Design Foam. Much cheaper than AVEDA that I previously kept in stock. When I was in Germany living in a small military base community ---I kept FINESSE mousse in stock at all times. All three of these mousse's I recommend.

I use John Frieda Frizz Ease (which I love) or Paul Mitchell Styling Foam. I also use Vigorol sometimes if I want a realyl big rollerset....
