Hi Ladies, i'M BACK

As you know I had back surgery last month and I also got my hair braided. However I was in the hospital for 14 days because my kidneys were failing. Here's my dilemma, I haven't washed my braids yet. Is my hair gonna fail out?

lol - no, I don't think you're in any danger of your hair falling out! But - I hope that you're writing because you are much better and at home recovering nicely.

Welcome back! Your hair should be fine. When i leave my hair in braids for any lenght of time i make sure to put mane n tail detangler in it a day before removal to make it easier to take out and make sure someone helps. And I wish u well throughout your recovery!

I see you've been a member here since 2007. After all these years on here, do u really believe that not washing your hair for 2 weeks will make it fall out?

I'm so glad you're feeling better and welcome back! I don't know how anesthesia [sp] and other meds may have effected your follicles, but I pray your hair wasn't affected by it. I would be concerned as well.... I pray you continue to have a speedy recovery :Rose:
