hi have 4a/b hair want to flat iron straight

i want to straighter my 4a/b hair with a hotcomb/flat iron or blow dryer. but i want a very straight look with lots of shine.before i run to a relaxer bone straight relaxer. i'd prefer to hotcomb with heat instead of relaxer due to chemical being permanent. has anyone got 4a/b hair that straighten it with heat . got any tips. thanks bettytoo

They have some great tutorial on youtube about using saran wrap on your hair and it has great outcomes. I'm thinking of one in particular but I can't find it at the moment.
