Hi everyone,
So after lurking for months ( actually all of 2), your advice has convinced me that i deserve and can/must grow my hair waist length ( if only as an inspiration to other BW i know).... as a thank you to all of you i decided to join the forum (keep it alive by having actual paying members and all that).
I've been natural for 5 years, brought on by desire to shave my hair off and the fact that it came off with the water (kinda like when you rinse hair removal cream
) at my last attempt at a relaxer. I like my natural hair and dont plan to change it anytime soon...
Now my question is:
Has anyone noticed a texture change after using a protein treatment?
I used one( Apoghee 2 step) for the 1st time 8 weeks ago and noticed that i had more defined curls and clumps, then i used it again last week and its even more pronounced (i'm a 4 something).
Anyway sorry for the long post, thanks for the past advice i actually used protein and bought a bone comb after reading about it here and i'm glad i did.
Thanks for looking into this post.
