I was here in May:

In July I started getting sew-ins and kept an EXTREMELY low regimen. I relaxed yesterday at 5 months post and here I am

I honestly broke a few LHCF rules under the weave. I COMPLETELY left my hair alone under the weave. However, I only left them in for 4-7 week intervals and when I took them out I always did the take down process myself, gently detangling and removing shed hairs, and then I would do an overnight deep condition and then get my hair redone the next day. The oils from my scalp kept me moisturized and I didn't wash while the weave was in.
