...AND I just wanted to take a second to thank all the ladies here on this forum for your hair care ideas and regimens...I've been here a while now, but just recently (since Oct 06) did I really start putting more emphasis on care and setting goals for myself. I still have a couple of years to go, but I think that as long as we all are here for each other to bounce ideas off of, and vent when we need to, and encourage one another, I'll be better than ok The people in my life are just so shocked at how much my hair has changed in such a short time frame; a co-worker yesterday said "It's amazing! Straight up 180 change!"...

So THANK YOU ALL for being here...Ok lemme me go before I get misty-eyed up in this piece
