How fast should I see results after I start my vitamins? How long did it take for any of you ladies to grow your hair sense you found the forum and started your journey?

It usually takes anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, depending on the person, to see results from vits.
I think that my hair is doing very well. I joined the forum in May of 2003 and 10 months later I have retained a lot of length.

I'm very inconsistent with my vitamins so I really couldn't tell you how long after you should see results. But, I've been on this forum since November or December of 2003 and it really is the best thing that's happened for my hair since. I don't want to go into too much detail now, but I've been extending the life of my relaxer and it has definitely paid off. Happy Hair Growing!
