Alter Ego Garlic Hot Oil Treatment has stopped my excessive shedding. I bought it from Sickbay, before I knew it was widely available in the DC area. It may seem pricey, but I use as directed only on my scalp. After about 4 uses, I really saw consistent results. I have been on vacation for 4 weeks and haven't used it and I am not shedding beyond what is normal when I detangle before washing. Also Queen Helene Garlic Shampoo, HTH!
