I think you may be talking about the Copa Hair Care System. They used to play that informercial on BET and other stations to DEATH. You may want to check the better business bureau (www.bbb.org...I think) before you buy. when it was really a hit back in the day there were a lot of complaints about that product!

Or even worse Nolechik, Rio!!! I heard they were tearing up head all around town!!!

I tried that Copa stuff and it didn't do anything bad, but didn't do much of anything. I remember my hair would be super wavy, but it wasn't wash and wear. It was 100% natural then.

I used Rio when it was around, thankfully, none of my hair fell out, I was told it had the same ph level as battery acid.

I used the RIO and had to cut ALL of my hair off. Half was shaved off. Fool that I am, I tried COPA too, it did nothing.
