cowash with any conditioner with honey added...i do that then put kid organics shea butter lotion then hawaiian silky 14 in 1 then cantu shea butter then seal with castor oil, evoo, evco, almond oil, & wheat germ oil. hair is super soft in the morning. this is the reggie that works for me during my transitioning wish I would have discovered it earlier.
