Hey, wanted to share my pics after my Henna and Indigo last night. I can tell my hair feels thicker and stronger. I used Amla oil in the henna mix too. I want it to be even blacker, but honestly the Indigo was really messy.

Try to upload your pictures on a server like Geocities, or get a fotki account. Then we'll be able to check you out! Good luck and can't wait to see the pics!

Beautiful! It turned out great. I did my first henna over indigo this past week and I really liking my new color.:)

I am with you girl on that Indigo. I am not sure why I was so scared. The black came out nice and shiny and my hair was soo soft. Now I just have to get enough of it on a regular basis to use on my roots.

I must admit the Indio was really messy and the henna was not. Not sure why but it was interesting.

Now going back to check out those posts that told us where we could get good Indigo at a great price! If I get the chance I will post my pics.

THANK YOU Everyone!!!! I feel guilty sometimes with the HOURS of time and TONS of money I spend on hair stuff!! Oh well.

I have a relaxer. I tried to go natural at one point and I just couldn't make it! My hair was a nightmare! So, I'm hoping that henna will counteract some of the relaxer damage.

Ok, here's the link to order indigo cheap that someone sent me.

http://www.indian-herbs-exporters.co...rb-stores.html

1000g of indigo for $29.20

on the home page if you scroll down you have to select

Buy Quantity > 500 gram < 50 Kg

Unfortunately, I don't have any before pics. My friend took these pics yesterday, but let me tell you it has been a work in progress! I started with a MOHAWK!! No lie. I could tell you all some beauty shop DRAMAS! Anyway, I do my hair myself now. Don't trust anyone else at this point. I've gotten too many trims that turned out to be full fledge hair cuts!

Fabulous!!! Your hair looks wonderful that indigo gives your hair a dark richness and the henna makes it shine. Great job!!

I can't wait to get out of this weave and henna it up.

Very nice and think, I love it!!!
Hey go into your Fotki and turn on comments so we can leave them in your Fotki.

You hair looks absolutely gorgeous...

... would you mind sharing how you got your hair curly like that?:)

I love the color. I ordered indigo last week and I'm waiting for it to come in so I get that beautiful black hair color that you have.

Thank you! I experiment CONSTANTLY!! But right now I use Mane N Tail detangling spray and QP Mango Butter and some 6 in 1. I just started using the 6 in 1. I comb the mane n tail and 6 in 1 thru my hair and then apply the mango butter to each individual section of hair. I do about 7 or 8 twists around my head. It aint pretty! And I will curl the ends with a small roller. It looks longer when I don't curl it, but I think the curled ends look better. Sometimes I sit under a soft bonnet dryer on the low setting to help it dry some before I go to sleep. I was using the perm rods, but I get more compliments with this style and it's much easier. Honestly, I think my hair looks more defined after doing the henna! But at the same time my roots seems straighter. It's the best of both worlds!

THANK YOU! And thanks Everyone for the kind words!

It's not all black. I see some parts underneath that are the henna red...you can see it in one of the pics. I guess I missed some areas. I'm wondering when I'll get the Indigo BLING BLING. I want folks to have to wear sunglasses when they look at my hair.
