I am a faithful relaxer. Let me say this first.
I love the convenience of relaxed hair. Now, with that said, there is a young lady here in Houston that suffered from alopecia and after dermatologist or any over the counter products could help her she became a certified herbalist and developed her own product. My stylist uses her products and this is how I discovered them. I personally purchase the hair oil, not grease, oil and the hair tea. She is an advocate of transitioning to natural and she is always trying to get me to. I am too afraid at this point and am not ready. But I thought of the many here that have or is considering it. I thought that this may help someone and decided to share it.
I met with her on yesterday, because I ordered some product and she was telling me how full my hair has gotten and was surprised that I was allowing it to grow out. And once again she tried unsuccessfully to get me to transition.
Anyway, I have been using her product for maybe two years now and my scalp has always remained balanced and my strands strong. I realized the difference when I stopped using it for about 3 to 4 months and I am now back and expecting great results. She says that she is going to help me to get to BSL by 12/2010 instead of my APL goal that I set for myself.
This is the link if you ladies would like to check her out.
