Hennalucent Question

I got my touch-up one week and THEN used hennalucent the next week. If you use the hennalucent first, the relaxer may remove a good portion of the hennalucent. So, I would relaxer and then use hennalucent the following week.

Anyone else?

Allandra, I have been going back and forth in my mind as to whether I will transition or not. How straight does hennalucent get your hair? I'm used to relaxed hair (missing those smooth edges right about now). I'm thinking if you hennalucent and relax, evidently it doesn't straighten as good as a relaxer alone?

I basically use hennalucent for the coloring effects. I'm relaxed, so I'm not sure about how straight it gets the hair. Maybe someone with natural hair could answer that question (like Sweetcocoa or Sassygirl). BTW, my hair isn't relaxed bone straight.

Is Hennalucent Semi-Perm?
Also...
How much does it usually cost and where can get it

[/ QUOTE ]
It lasts about four to six weeks.
The cost is about $3.99 at Sally Beauty Supply.

Thanks,

What colors do you use?? Does it work well? Also does anyone have a pic with Hennlucent applied?

Thanks...
AGAIN!!

I use Sunset Glo (recommended to me by Zanna - we both have dark brown hair). I think it's a great protein treatment/coloring.

How can u describe the color?? Does the hennalucent also aid in stopping breakage? Sorry for all the ??'s

Thanks Again Allandra.

Well, the color looks nothing like the powder in the box. It left my gray strands looking like hi-lights (which I love). It left a light cast of auburn on my very dark brown hair. It's also a protein treatment. So, it does help strengthen the hair. I'm not sure about the breakage thingy, since I don't have breakage.
