Please share your easiest hendigo recipes. I want to use it on my hair and over my mothers gray. I want that rich blue black shiny color. Please make it as simple as possible for the not so bright ones like myself. Thanks.

Yeap. I got it from hennasooq.com, and that was all that was needed besides water. I use table salt.

ETA: The salt is optional. It helps with dye release.

i did a henna treatment last weekend that came out beautiful.
i mixed henna, indigo, a pinch of salt, maka, brahmi, tumeric, yogurt, buttermilk powder, and ground cloves = the ground cloves made my head numb though, it took me a bit to figure out that was what did it, and then it gave me a headache. i absolutely love the color of my hair though, it's perfect, but i have to find something else to substitute for the cloves, and give me the same color, any thoughts? i am really loving that my grey hair now is naturally highlighted the color i have been trying to hightlight my hair for years but couldnt get it without having my hair break off for trying. this is great.

I don't think it's a particular recipe that will give blue-black hair, it's the amount of times you "indigo" your hair.

IMO hendigo (henna mixed w/indigo) will always yield a dark brown color.

Using indigo only (over a henna application base) will make the hair darker and darker with each application.
