Henna Who?

I'm thinking about using Henna but I'm not sure which to buy or exactly how you use it. I just hear so many good things about it so I naturally I have to try it. Any Suggestions, Ladies?

Thanks for asking this. I was looking for a henna for beginners thread cos all i see on here is people mixing their henna with food and indian oils and i didn't have a clue where to start from...

I've been using henna for over 3 years now and I love it. Just a word of caution . . . once you use henna you have to let it GROW out before you can use any other store bought color on it. The subscriber who told you about the henna for hair website is correct it has all the information you will ever need about henna and then some. Good luck!!

Not necessarily because I used textures and tones over hennaed hair. I just let it stay on longer. And as long as you use a good deep moisturizing conditioner at least 2 per week after hennaing you never have dry hair.
