Welp, I just finished reading a thread about Henna and that stuff sounds amazing. Should one's hair already be in good condition before using it? And also, is there a site that you guys get this from. I would most likely need the clear stuff as my hair is like a golden strawbberry blonde and I don't wanna change the color. I definitely need stronger hair and this stuff sounds like it may be the answer. One last question is has this stuff ever been known to mess up anyones head? Thanks again ladies. :)

Clear Henna is called Cassia obvata (I think). I think that they sell it at Mehandi. It will strengthen your hair and get it into good condition, just make sure you get body art quality EVERYTHING.

I agree with what Goldensensation said. Your hair does not have to be in good condition. The treatments will penetrate and make your hair more strong and conditioned.

Rememer STRAND TEST EVERYTHING!!!

Ditto on what the above posters said! :yep:

You can find lots of henna info and a variety of henna mixes, including, some from people who have blonde hair at:

http://www.hennaforhair.com/ (There's a forum, there, too!)

I would list the direct link to the henna thread on LHC, but that site is down, right now.

You can check at an Indian or Pakastani store in your area. I've found that the prices in the stores that I've gone to are a lot better than online vendors.
