Is this possible?
I am very anxious to do my first cassia treatment :look:
I would order it right away if I knew it would get stuck in my extensions.
This is prolly a silly question but I had to try & find out.
(The thread about the strength of coworker's hair made me wanna strengthen up real quick)
Thanks in Advance.

I wouldn't recommend it. Although Henna is very moisturizing and a great treatment, it is not interchangeable with conditioner. When you use it wih braids you cannot accuratly coat the hair because some is covered with the braids. You also don't know what negative effects aplying the henna could have. Maybe some others will see this differently but I think you should just stick it out and wait.

You know I was just wondering if anyone tried this. I wasn't going to do it but I was just curious....

I've done it...well, sort of. I made a henna oil, by warming henna and coconut oil in a double-boiler then straining the henna out w/ coffee filters. It was messy, time-consuming, and the oil stank something terrible. I'm talkin' F-U-N-K-Y! :barf: I didn't have any preservatives at the time (thank God) so I threw out what I didn't use that day. I loved the effect. My hair felt great at takedown, but it was just too much work. Yeah, I said it! :ohwell:

 @ Sareca!

I wouldn't use henna while in braids, maybe only as a rinse/tea. That henna would be a MUTHA to wash out. :nono:

I've never used henna as a rinse. I know what I'm trying next. I will probably experiement with it on unbraided hair tho.
