hi every body i want to henna next month and i want to try one that turn it a little red what is a good one to buy? and from where can you get it at a bss or the net i read how to use it now i need to find one that cover gray:lol:  because i dont wear my hair black any more so i wouldnt mind a dark red or it looks like a tint is in it thank you:)

Baby42, how u doing? The henna leaf gives your that auburn look. If you can find and i know there is plenty of them--- a indian grocery store in the city. Thats the best best in terms of cost. I got a box of henna 200grams for 2.00 in howard county. But last time i ordered online from hennasooq.com and got a lb. My store went out of business. :( The grocery store also has the shikakai, amla, neem etc and i mixed them in for extra conditioning. Very soft after i did a dc, after the henna. It just did'nt knock my grays strands down all the way. It made them look like highlight tho. So it was ok. Next time I am going to indigio. But its true what the ladies been telling us about it thickening up the hair.

hi eajaye2u i doing fine hope you are bless:) thanks i was wondering do you mix your henna with any thing? and this gray i am not feeling it that why i wanted a red tone now i have hunt it down:lol:

Thanks Baby42--we blessed by the best! I had been mixing it with evoo but next time i think i will mix it with some conditioners and add in some EO's i got laying around. Ladies on the board gave me some ideas.
