I've never been able to keep up scalp massages, but I'll give it another shot and see how long I can keep it up.

thanks i needed this and i am glad it doesn't say do it for 30 min. that i can't do

I will do this thanks for the tip Bodecia. I wonder if we could start a "Daily Message Challange." If there is not one already.

Thanks for sharing, BoaD.... /images/graemlins/kiss.gif that article was awesome (very detailed and informative)......!!!! WOW.....

Thanx for the article, BD. I would like to participate in the Scalp Massage Challenge; my hair needs some real stimulating, if you know what I mean. /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Thanks for the tip. I love your journal. How did you get the style on that pic. Do you twirl the upper part and then circle, if so how do you pin it?

Thanks for the article. I think I may start my own little challenge. 60 seconds a day is easy to keep up with.

Thank you. /images/graemlins/smile.gif I used my hairagami, but you can do it without it.

Just part your hair horizontally and put the lower section in a ponytail. Wind the top portion around the base of the ponytail and secure it with a bobby pin. Fan out the ponytail and tuck the ends under the base and secure them, too.

HTH!

This is a really good article, I am going to start massaging my hair now /images/graemlins/smile.gif
