Ok....my hair is starting to break-off really badly and really damaged b/c I've ignored it...now I have seen the light and am ready to take care of it and help restore it to it's beauty...I've thought out a reginme and wanted you guys advice on it. So here it is:
Weekly shampoo/deep condition
Daily CO washes
Airdry by twisting up hair so that it turns out curly

Products used:
Garnier Shampoo, Conditioner, and 3min deep conditioner
Pantene intensive moisturizing conditioner for the CO washes
Wondergro 100% Shea Butter & Lanolin and Beeswax protein hairdress
QP Mango Butter

So what do ya'll think?

Sounds like a good regimen

Are you taking any vitamins?
Coconut oil and olive oil are great natural moisturizers for hair. You might want to give them a try sometime.

Don't forget distilled water for your ends

Sounds great so far, Nelle. What about leave-ins? Are you using any? Infusium 23 and IC Fantasia are great ones. Good luck!

Sounds like you may need a little protein in your regimen. While moisturizing conditioners are great, too much of good thing think is not so good, ya know. You can try something simple to start with like Motions Silk protein conditioner. There are many great choices out there. Do a search on the board and you'll get a better idea of what to choose. hth
